About the Author

Jaret Grossman is a lifetime natural (steroid-free) bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, motivational speaker, and fat loss expert. Muscle Prodigy LLC’s (2010) very own has been a fitness enthusiast for 15 years and has taught thousands of people how to get lean without the use of drugs or supplements using methods of the world’s best bodybuilders, fitness models, and athletes who he’s personally trained with. He’s also been a motivational support figure for millions of people and literally changed their way of thinking through a wide ranging number of techniques such as online communication, public speaking, YouTube videos, and internet-featured articles.

Jaret Grossman started up MuscleProdigy.com as a blog in 2008 and transformed the website into an entire health and fitness brand that offers health and fitness enthusiasts wide ranging products and services tailored to help them with their goals. MuscleProdigy.com garners over 600,000 unique visitors every month, due to its high quality unique content. He created the MP45 program to rival P90X’s program for gym users, which is a 45 day workout regimen and meal plan to get users in the best shape of their lives in only 6 and a half weeks. Thousands have transformed their bodies from it.

Jaret had a huge passion for fitness and bodybuilding since his youth. However, what transformed him was getting into the gym to improve in wrestling during his high school years, and he’s been hooked ever since. The goal was to gain weight and get significantly stronger in the process; it has currently been an addiction that remains with him to this day.

Jaret is living proof of how you can change your body and transform your “bad genetics” into an asset. He has been following the weightlifting and nutritional principles of elite bodybuilders and athletes, which allowed him to gain 110 pounds of muscle in less than 4 years. In just his first year of training under the principles of H.I.S.T., he went from 98 pounds to 140 pounds. Jaret practices what he preaches and that’s why he is always willing to reveal his body with his shirt off, unlike many other muscle-building authors who talk about building muscle and getting ripped without the results to show for it. Jaret currently weighs 202 pounds with 6% body fat year-round, with a max squat of 490 pounds, max bench press of 320 pounds, and a max deadlift of 570 pounds. He has performed feats such as squatting 325 pounds for 21 reps and 148 pounds for 104 reps, all while being able to run a 5:10 minute mile and do over 250 consecutive pushups and 40 consecutive pull-ups without a break. Regardless of the physical transformations that his self-proclaimed training method H.I.S.T. (High Intensity Stimulation Training) provides, there is no better person out there that can improve an individual both mentally and physically.

When Jaret took up wrestling in the 8th grade, he had a scrawny 98 pound frame and only won 2 out of 23 matches. After he started hitting the weights and implementing the philosophy of H.I.S.T., he compiled a record of 52-6 during his junior and senior years of High School. He eventually became New York’s Nassau County Champion, the #1 freestyle wrestler in Long Island, a 3x All- American wrestler in college, and a bronze medalist representing Team USA overseas at the Maccabiah Games.

Jaret has suffered numerous injuries from competition including a torn labrum, split biceps tendon, torn LCL, torn meniscus, fractured rib, and fractured ankle. He knew how to successfully rehabilitate his body through strength training and the knowledge he has gained from pushing his body in the gym has transferred throughout all facets of life including education and business. After just finishing up law school this past May of 2012, Jaret preaches that success in any realm is due to a belief in an ideal and proper time management skills. He is now halfway through his MBA program in addition to starting up several other businesses such as JD Stop LLC (2011) and Jarbly LLC (2010- Jarbly Media Group). Now Jaret wants to help you maximize your potential, and he’s damn good at it too.
